A PROMISING START
The European Road Transport Show (TERTS) 2007 has enjoyed a highly promising start: A total of around 47.000 people have already visited the exhibition. The mood was set at the opening ceremony, hosted by Dutch TV presenter Anita Witzier. The winners of the Truck of the Year (MAN TG series), Van of the Year (Light Sevel Van – Fiat Scudo, Peugeot Expert & Citroën Jumpy) and the European Road Transport Innovation Award (Hytruck City Distribution Vehicle) were placed firmly in the public and media spotlight.

Popular features at TERTS include the wealth of innovations on display, the fabulously arranged and finished trucks, the light commercial vehicles, the extensive overview of components and accessories and the Start Future Now! theme. The exhibition is open until Saturday, November 3. Make sure you come visit TERTS 2007 this week!
SNEAK PREVIEW
If you want to get a sneak preview of what you can expect from a visit to TERTS 2007, check out our webcams, offering live footage from the exhibition floor 24 hours a day!
THE FASTEST WAY TO TERTS IS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Amsterdam RAI is situated just off the A 10 ring motorway. As the organisers expect a large number of visitors, it is recommended to come to the exhibition via public transport.

Still coming by car?
Follow the ROUTE 11 signs on the motorway to one of the parking areas on the outskirts of Amsterdam. A shuttle bus will be waiting to quickly take you to TERTS. The parking rate is € 13, including the use of the shuttle bus to the RAI. You can purchase your parking ticket at the cash register at the entrance to the RAI.
OVER 40 HOURS OF LIVE RADIO AT TERTS 2007
The drivers’ programme On the Road by Radio Netherlands Worldwide is broadcasting over 40 hours of live radio from TERTS. The studio will host live performances from a number of well-known Dutch artists, such as Henk Wijngaard, Bonnie St. Claire, Tribute to the Cats band and René Schuman & Angel-Eye. Both listeners and visitors are invited to the live radio broadcasts.

WORLD CHAMPION YURI VAN GELDER ON THE RINGS
On Wednesday 31 October, the world champion and renowned gymnast Yuri van Gelder will be showing his amazing skills on the TERTS exhibition floor. Manpower as opposed to horsepower, so to speak.

At around 14.30, the "Lord of the Rings" will appear at the Palfinger Nederland stand (number 09.003) and give a dramatic demo between the Palfinger cranes. A meet and greet with the TERTS public will follow.
INTERNATIONAL LOUNGE
International visitors are invited to enjoy the special International Lounge. After arrival you can leave your bag safely behind while visiting the show. Lunch, drinks and newspapers are offered as we make sure your visit to TERTS 2007 is as comfortable and efficient as possible.
